I am taking a technology class
order to learn how to use technology in the classroom.
I have learned how to set
up a twitter account. It is a great way
for students to communicate. I can use
Twitter to remind students of the events happening in our class.
I have also created in
account on SymbalooEDU. It is a way to
create a personal learning environment. It is for teachers to organize great
web sites.
I can have students work
in groups to explore topics. I also plan
to use this account for my students’ research reports.
Last but not least I have
learned about GlogsterEDU. This tool
allows is used to make interactive posters.
I plan to use GlogsterEDU for a project in my Spanish class here at the
University. It is a fun way to put
together different resources of a certain topic.
I am excited to learn new
tools to improve my teaching abilities.
